This is The Fantastic Four, one of the four Collector's Edition Commander decks from the Marvel set, foil from top to bottom, and the only one of the four with four separate commander options built in.

Mister Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Human Torch, or The Thing, pick whichever one you want to lead. The deck leans on noncreature spells and copied triggers, so it plays differently depending on which of the four is calling the shots. Thirty of the cards in here are brand new to Magic.

Commander plays best with three to five people, everybody building toward their own win at the same table. This one's built to just sit down and play, nothing to assemble first.
